Diagnosis
Scutellum smooth and shiny, median groove complete; propodeal callus with four setae; mesoscutum and scutellum metallic dark purple, anterior ½ of axillae bright golden-green; forewing speculum open below; clypeus protruding and bilobed. Similar to dichrous, but with scutellum smooth and shiny and with very strong lateral mesh-rows, propodeum with median carina with anterior part pointed (rounded in dichrous) and with sides in apical part parallel (converging in dichrous), median carina 2.3X as long as wide, and forewing speculum open below.
